Behind the S.M.I.L.E Services

Behind the S.M.I.L.E. will serve veterans and mothers (specifically post-partum) and their families that have a mental illness or a history of suicide.

 

The problem that currently exists is getting others to understand the importance of caring for yourself
mentally and addressing any mental inconsistencies. Additionally many are not aware of the statistics that surround suicide. Every day 22 soldiers die by suicide and every 40 seconds a suicide takes place.
